FILE INFO
CaptionOnce while all the cowherd boys were playing with Krishna and Balarama, the demon Pralamba joined them, disguised as a cowherd boy. Krishna recognized this right away and suggested they play a game in pairs. Some boys were on the side of Krishna and some on the side of Balarama. They would duel, and whoever was defeated would carry the victorious members on their backs. Balarama's party was victorious. Pralamba took Balarama on his back and carried Him far away from Krishna. Feeling the weight of Balarama, who is compared to a mountain, the demon Pralamba assumed his real form, which was so huge he expanded up to the limits of the clouds. Balarama understood that this demon wanted to kill Him. He struck the head of Pralambasura with His strong fist and the demon crashed to the ground, dead.
