CaptionSagara Maharaja, the king, performed the sacrifices known as ashvamedha to please the Supreme Lord. During the sacrifice, Indra, the king of heaven, stole the horse meant to be offered at the sacrifice. The grandson of Sagara Maharaja, Amsuman, while searching for the horse, saw Lord Kapila sitting there and the horse was nearby. Amsuman offered Lord Kapila respectful obeisances and with folded hands offered Him prayers with great attention.
